Shop - 11am til 3pm Tuesday to Friday

Cafe 9:30am til 2pm Tuesday to Friday

Can I pay by card?

Yes we take cash or card payments. Our minimum card spend is £3 but you can spend as little as £1 if using cash.

How do you join? and who can join?

Pop in and sign up...it's as simple as that!

We are open to all, we need everyone to help us reduce food waste so don't be shy come in and join....it's worth it!

How much does membership cost? and how does the sticker system work?

Membership costs £5 per year.

Red sticker - £1

Yellow sticker - 50p.

Green sticker - 25p

If there are more than one sticker on an item just add them up.

Do I need a referral?

No, we are open to all

Do I need to be a member to shop?

Yes, we are a member only organisation, however, you dont need to be a member to use our cafe

Do you deliver?

Sorry we dont have the capacity to deliver.

Do you take card payments?

Yes you can pay by cash or card.

How do I volunteer?

Pop in for a chat about the roles we have available

Is all your food out of date?

Some of our food is past its 'best before' date but lots of it isnt. All food supplied by us is safe to eat.

How do I spend my blue council voucher?

Pop in and one of our staff or volunteers will guide you.
